Guided Fishing Excursions at Disney World are a great way to experience the beauty of nature while taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Whether you’re an experienced angler or a novice, you can enjoy a guided fishing experience that is sure to be a memorable one.

Disney World offers guided fishing excursions that cater to a variety of interests. The guides will provide you with all the necessary equipment and bait, as well as tips and tricks to help you catch the big one. In fact, the first time we did this was when Little Lamb was five years old and he absolutely loved it. We went on a 2 hour excursion and Little Lamb caught at least 15 Bass. Unfortunately, Mommy Lamb only caught like 3 or 4- don’t know how and why!

The guided fishing excursions at Disney World also offer plenty of opportunities to explore the local environment. You will be able to observe a variety of wildlife, including birds, reptiles, and fish. The guides will also be able to provide you with information about the local ecosystem, so you can learn more about the area’s unique flora and fauna.

When it comes to safety, Disney World takes every precaution to ensure your safety while on the water. All of the guides are certified and experienced, and they will provide you with life jackets and other safety equipment. The guides will also be able to provide you with a brief safety briefing before you head out on the water.

Below are some important official information:

  1. Choose from Guided Bass Fishing Excursions, which includes a 21-foot Sun Tracker pontoon boat that can accommodate up to 5 Guests, and a tournament-style NITRO® bass fishing boat for up to 3 Guests. (We highly recommend the 21-foot Sun Tracker because it is large and comfortable).
  2. Both 2-hour and 4-hour excursions are offered, and if available, an extra hour may be added in person at the Marina. Solo anglers may book an afternoon excursion at a reduced rate. (We prefer 2-hour excursion because Little Lamb is…. little and 4 hours is too long).
  3. All Walt Disney World Resort fishing excursions include: An experienced guide, rod and reel, Tackle, artificial and/or live bait (NITRO boats will not offer live bait.), non-alcoholic beverages only (Guests may not bring alcoholic beverages aboard.) (You do not need to bring your own water- they got it covered).
